Each of the seven items scores 0 to 3 against fixed anchors, so the total runs 0 to 21. Gate One opens when the three data items all score at least a 2. Gate Two opens when Gate One is open and the workflow, model, and agent items each score at least a 2. Pillar percents are the items in that pillar divided by their maximum. The benchmark compares your total against the median and percentile of every scorecard submitted, anonymously and only once there are enough responses to be honest. The 30/60/90 plan sequences your lowest-scoring items in gate order, because a later item rarely holds once the data underneath it is still broken.
