Each question scores 0 to 3, where 0 means the vendor holds the asset and 3 means you do. Total is normalized to a 0 to 100 score by dividing by 21 and multiplying by 100. Tiers are Mostly Rented (0 to 40), Mixed (41 to 70), and Owned (71 to 100). Any answer at 0 or 1 triggers a plain-language consequence line so you can see exactly what you would lose in a vendor swap today.
